5) Number of Copies- Omr can be printed in single, double, triplicate as per requirement.

6) Cutting Accuracy- Cutting accuracy of Omr Sheet will be zero & should have no tolerance otherwise result accuracy will vary.

7) Information required in Omr Sheet- Information required in the Omr Sheet depends upon the uses, size & purpose of Omr Sheet like Omr Answer Sheet, Form Registration , Survey, Data Compilation, Geo Coding, Feedback, Inventory counts etc.

8)Omr Answer sheet has generally has the following two types of information as:-

•Candidate personal information like- Name, Fathers name, Address, Age, Male / Female, Nationality, Category, Mobile number etc. as per requirement.

How does it work?

A pen or pencil mark is made in pre-defined positions at the document to indicate each selected response (for example: answers to a survey question or an absent pupil in a school register). The complete forms are scanned by the Optical Mark Reader which detects the presence of a mark by measuring reflected light levels. The reader interprets this pattern marks and spaces into a data record and transmits it to your computer for storage, analysis and reporting.
